No refunds are possible if the work is already been completed

Medialister is flexible with refund requests. Requests sent to are subject to review by the billing department on a case-by-case basis.

We will refund payments requested by the client if the service has not yet been rendered and the publication process has not yet begun.

Refunds requested during the publication process or for services rendered will be declined and refunds for services rendered are not refundable under any circumstances.

Medialister does not process requests for refunds or chargebacks for any of the following reasons:

  1. Poor or inadequate technical performance of affiliate news sites, press release aggregator sites. This includes 24/7 web page availability, site loading speed, presence or absence of hyperlinks, presence in the search engine index, third party comments, text layout, content and style.

  2. Incomplete months/year of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds or refunds for unused limits.

There can be no exceptions for equality purposes.

Please contact us by emailing within 7 days from the date of purchase. You must provide clear evidence that the product or service purchased is not as described on our website. We do not accept complaints based solely on false customer expectations or wishes. Medialister reserves the right to approve or deny any complaint at its sole discretion.

Medialister discount coupons and gift cards are non-refundable.

Withdrawal processing fees may vary and depend on your bank or payment processor.

Withdrawals will only be made using the payment method used to deposit funds with Medialister.
